I wish that a person add on this design:

the elements which I added on the screenshot that I joined with this message.

I also wish that it integrate this template modified (it is a template wordpress) in a script that I bought, who function with the template engine “smarty” thus very easy to integrate.

No excessive prices, desired very fast work.
