I can send you examples of websites I like privately =============> Important notice <=================== Overall Objective: To develop a professional looking theme for property website http://www.mega-quick-sale.co.uk Main characteristics: - Professionally looking Drupal theme inspiring confidence and trust, - Needs to be unique and easily identifiable from the competitions without being geeky, - Must be clear and simple as the target visitors will be very stressed property owners facing repossession (or foreclosure), - Reusable and customizable (texts, photos, graphics, ....) as I intend to customize it and reuse it for related websites, - Must be compatible with all existing modules used in http://www.mega-quick-sale.co.uk - Search Engine Optimized. Layout: - simple and typical 3 columns theme with top and bottom row (see existing pushbutton theme currently in use), - plus 3 blocks at the bottom to list the main links from the website (When we can help, How we can help, About repossession) - minus the menu bar at the bottom to be replaced by the copyrights, terms and conditions. amd other links, - must accommodate small graphics ads in the left and right columns (Advertisement module). - I can provide examples of websites I like via IM Deliverable: - one new theme installed and working in http://www.mega-quick-sale.co.uk - one large graphic for the top row with logo, company name and phone number, - 6 different and customazible graphic ads (see Drupal module Advertisement), I will provide 6 text examples later, - A logo for the website suitable for business cards and leaflets, newspaper ads, Google Ads, ... - All graphics must come in 2 versions: - one version finished to be installed with theme in the website, - one version for further development and customization (for instance tiff files with layers for text and others artifacts) - Evidence of the authorisation from the rightful copyright owner for any third party artifacts reused (photos graphics, theme, ...) for the use in specifically but not limited to http://www.mega-quick-sale.co.uk and any other websites, business cards, leaflets, newspaper ads, Google Ads, and any other type of media. Timeframe: I am not too time constrained however I would like to finish all this in less than a month. - I expect the selection of a suitable candidate to take max 2 weeks, - I expect the first version of the theme and ads to be delivered in a week, - I plan for one week of testing on both parts and debugging on your part. - Payment after all the deliverable are fully completed and fully working. Terms and conditions: You agree that all deliverable develop and created for the purpose of this piece of work becomes my sole property and cannot be reused without prior written authorization from myself. You agree that you are responsible for seeking approval from the rightful owner of any of artifacts you wish to reuse for this piece of work and are liable for any legal action resulting from these reused artefacts, Payment will be made only after when all the deliverable are fully completed and fully working, You terms and conditions cannot invalidate or nullify my terms and conditions, In case of any contradictions or disagreement my terms and conditions prevail.
