Description

We are after a complete website clone of http://www.icanhascheezburger.com.

This would include a rating system, a member/profile setup with comments and members being able to upload pictures. Aswell as a rank system which is determined by how many rating/credit points that have.

Fluent english speaker is a bonus.
Please show some recent work you have done doing this same kind of thing.

Our budget isn't the greatest so obviously the cheapest will probably be the choice.

If all of this is successful we will be wanting you to do alot of work for us in the near future so a good-paying relationship is potentially here for anyone who is interested.
