Description

This is the first time I open a bid.

I am looking for someone to program/design an ecommerce website platform to promote and sell tailor made clothing. I will need 2 web sites/designs that sit on the same platform. The reference platform site is ellecid dot com. You must be very familiar with Paypal and Moneybookers. Furthermore you will need to show me references of previous projects in order for me to hire you.

Requirements:
- The site must be secure.
- The site must be flexible for prices, options and content updates.
- It must include on-page optimizations
- System must accommodate Customer Service including Refunds and Replacements
- It must be scalable for future additions of sister sites that rest on the same platform. Data from the sites must be centralized and easy overlookable.
- It must have a simple accounting system
- It must show me statistic for hits and traffic
- Flexible tax systems and shipping rates
- You must warrant your work and fix anything that needs fixing.
- You must submit the source codes.

Note:
The backend system must accommodate both 1. Manufacturer and 2. Distribution Center as they are located in different geographical places. The Manufacturer ships the orders to the Distribution Center in batch shipments. Then the Distribution repacks and ships the orders individually. Both sides must be able to track the order statuses online. (see attachement). I will provide more information on backend at a later stage.

I am looking for someone who can also suggest and advice for further improvements. If you are reliable and responsive, I will work with you on long terms as the system will needs future upgrades.
