Description

We need an Art Set Up fee of $15 to be added to all orders that are shipped and displayed in checkout. This way we can take away the set up fee for gift card orders.

Also, we are getting this error sometimes...when you try to buy someting

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that
corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near
