Description: we have a current website running on zencart. we'd like to revamp the site to be a wholesaler site that can cater for discounts based
on quantity ordered. You can erase the whole site and start all over again. we will provide the product info and pictures again.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Create an ecommerce wholesaler website, website should look professional
2. allow visitors to register online, but registration must be approved by site owner first.
3. only registered visitor are allow to view pricing.
4. no pricing will be displayed on the site, only basic info about products
5. as this is a wholesaler site, there will be a minimum quantity order transaction. Website must be intelligent enough to calculate this.
6. there shall be multiple tiers of wholesale pricing. Website should be able to calculate and discount appropriately based on quantity added to cart.
7. customers are allowed to choose between multiple payments methods.
8. each payment method page will contains detailed information about how to pay. And a column for buyers to enter transaction number once payment is done.
9. website should look professional, inject a happy and excited mood into visitors.
10.website must be seo optimized.
11.website must be easy to maintained and easy to customise or change any value in the future.
12. any other graphics that are appropriate can be provided by the designer.
13. upon visitors registration, visitors will be sent an email and a link to download a free ebook.
14. admin must be able to update shipping status of transaction, eg. tracking #, shipment date, etc...
15. There are only about 7 categories of products at the moment. website must be easy to maintained for future inventories add-ons.
16. please provide sample site design for review.

I intend to re-do from scratch using creloaded rather than zencart.
