Looking for clone of desktop application http://www.filesland.com/servercheck but with email notification of monitor failure.

Need to specify SMTP server, authentication details if needed, recipients mail address and customer error message depending on which monitor has failed

Need to be able to monitor down to file/image level via HTTP
