Description: We have a religious book which we want to develop into an interactive DVDROM that one can put into any DVD Player, PC or MAC drive and it automatically launches into a interactive menu of all the features available in this DVD. It will start out with an appropriate flash presentation that you will require to develop and then open into a Page that has full graphics, links and menu (you will also require to design necessary graphics). Each of the various menu items on the dashboard page will open a static page within the layout with text (multi-lingual- will be provided), audio (multi-lingual- will be provided) or graphics or visuals of some kind (all needs to be developed). These links may attempt to connect to an internet page to obtain the latest data. If no internet connection is present then it will say so and ask user to select options which are available in DVD or additional Data discs only. Then, it will launch the videos. They will have functionality for pause and play and a slider bar for moving through the video backwards or forwards.
We need a budget and timeframe for creating this DVD using all the multi-lingual Text, Audios, PDFs, Links, Graphics, Flash and Video that you need to develop and then delivering the master. We need someone who has done something like this before and has skill to make it captivating, flawless and attractive.
