Description
Hello,I am in need of a simple script that adds the referrer name in the URL to the form.
for example, if http://example.com/index.php?ref=123456 is the URL
when we navigate to a different page to submit a form, the referral number (ref=123456) should be included in the next page where a user has to submit a form that is mailed to the site owner.
I don't know if I explained it right.

These are the example pages that i am looking for. I dont think any database is needed for this simple script.
It should do something with CSS I guess.
My budget is low as this is very simple for someone who has the knowledge.
I can pay around $50.
