Description

Needs to be done in 3 days. I have attached some example data.

This is a system to display information on jewelery products. The system will have a login with 2 types of user:

Admin - They can add new products
Artisan - They can finish product details for the Barcodes they are allocated

The process to enter products into the system is:

1) The Admin creates a certain number of Barcodes to an Artisan for a selected Stone. These Barcodes are then encrypted, and

along with the details related to the Barcode (which not encrypted) are exported to a CSV file. Example line from the CSV:

AE66C5F8H,Area,Stone,Type,Description

2) These Barcodes are sent to the Artisan they were allocated to.

3) The Artisan then enters one of the encrypted Barcodes to finish adding a product. The product's details are loaded from

the database matching with the decrypted Barcode.

4) Once the Artisan has entered the extra details to finish the product and submitted them, the Barcode is activated,

allowing site Visitors to type in the encrypted barcode from their product which will bring up a page with all the details

about their product.

The product details contain:

Owner
Area of Origin
Stone of Origin Number
Stone Type
Artisan
Product Number
Barcode (encrypted when displayed to Artisans or Visitors)
Product Weight (in kgs)
Product Description
Product Photo (uploadable)

The Admin has the ability to add the following, which are then put into dropdown lists for selection on the product detail

page when creating Barcodes:

- Owners (which contain a name)
- Areas of Origin (which contain a photo, name)
- Stones of Origin (which contain a photo, type, date, weight, auto incrementing ID)
- Artisans (username, password, id, photo, name, bio)

These are the cosmetic requirements:

- All photos enlarge into a lightbox when clicked
- The template from the current demonstration website is used (http://ngaitahu.etactics.net)
