Description

I need someone who has experience creating freeradius module to create a module to achieve the attached solution. Please submit your proposal (including the programming language to use) and your experience in freeradius and radius.

Note:
1). Since the last time the job was posted, the requirement attachment has been updated and made very specific.
2). This is not a one-time job, we'll require subsequent support, and change requests on project basis. Coders will be assessed for suitability for long term partnership.
