Hotel Instantly Check Rates and Availability and Booking

user to be able to do the following
room types, Policies, directions, rates, special offers
Instantly Update one - update all
Variable rate plans, set weekend, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly rates.
Minimum Stay Block 1 or 2 Night Bookings.
User can set either 25% or 50% as Deposit

System give you the freedom to set unlimited room rate structures

User can not view Hidden Field but when admin go in can change Commision from 5% or 10% or 15%

Email booking Notification
Email Cancellations Notification
Secure administration panel

Also I will need an admin access area to setup new hotels and to check how many bookings per month and per year also in this admin area I need see how much commision made by either hotel or month or year...
