Description

Need a virtual assistant for 20 hours a week.

The job will consist of:
1) on line data gathering for names, addresses, phone, emails of businesses;

2) encoding the data into an excel file;

3) must be able to set up addresses to merge in a Word document for letter and envelope printing;

4) must be creative to find new sources online - primary research is to find potential employers

Quote should be based on a fix 20 hours a week. You may set your own schedule to complete the 20 hours as long as you are available for any rush jobs during the week.
