I need someone who has experience creating freeradius module to create a module to achieve the attached solution. Please submit your proposal (including the programming language to use) and your experience in freeradius and radius.

Hi, I have worked with freeradius before, created a custom WIFI billing software from scratch. Looks like a part of your task list can be sorted out with existing authentication modules, the other will need custom coding. You might need to increase the budget though.

Technical and functional specification require more detail. I own my own ISP and have done plenty freeradius customisation on linux, including a full billing and proxying system. A solution can be quickly implemented on Linux integrating Perl into freeradius.

I've worked on Freeradius a couple of years ago on my job. It was a billing software that authenticated username/password using both CHAP and PAP. The software also performed accounting using PostgreSQL server as a backend. In your case the module needs a HTTP access to obtain the OTP job. Looking forward for your response.
