Description

I basically need a photo rating contest section within my Joomla Site. Can use Community Builder and Profiles if needed. I have a CB video plugin already available hwdmediashare

Needs to have the features that are available at

http://www.microscripts.net/product/miphoto more or less.

What I am going to be doing is running a quarterly contest and the profiles of girls need to be rated.

Please provide detailed breakdown of the solution with your bid.
