Looking for a talented web programmer & iphone developer for a Geo-tagging application.

Our app requires the following components:

• End user iPhone client application
• Website front end with user / client login
• Server side database programming
• Mobile optimized alternate front end for mobile users
• Admin control panel for editing information

The server must have databases set up to serve information to the iphone client upon request. This information transfer must be two way (ie. The iPhone must be able to store information on the server also). The server will essentially act as a middle man between the website front end information input and the iphone client.
Bidders must be proficient in XHTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Google Maps API, iPhone SDK. We are open to suggestions on the possible languages to use for user login / front end application development, but would prefer a language which is based on PHP like JOOMLA.
All graphics and web layouts will be provided as photoshop files for the winning bidder to cut up and optimise for web. Detailed database structure charts and software design outlines will be provided – all we need done is the actual coding– so there will be little if any design work required.
Once the app is developed and working, there is scope for further work in programming the client app for other mobile platforms such as Symbian, Windows mobile and Android so a knowledge of these APIs would be a plus.
