Need help with website design similar to the ones I found here:

Standouts to me are:

1) PromotionalCodes.com
2) Coupons.com
3) CouponWinner.com

The site developed would also have an area for luxury clients and would cost $1.99 for membership yearly.

Also required:

1) SEO
2) Traffic
3) Integration of partners/vendors
4) Integration with payment/shopping feature
5) RSS feed of coupons

Would prefer site be designed with open-source software like Joomla.
