Description

This project is an online user interface for storing clients’ contact information in case of emergencies. There is a SQL database that needs to be updated to accommodate these new requirements. The existing DB has over 30,000 records and will need to be imported into the new db. We could provide a generated sql script to re-build the existing db on a test environment.

I need it to be built on the DotNetNuke framework with the capability of porting to a standard ASP site as well.

I have attached a more detailed doc outlining the application requirements.
