Hello!

i need a video hosting script with the following features:

- Flash upload form (incl. multiuploads)
(Possible to add uploadable video formats in admin area, max. upload file size)
- TOP 100 list (most viewed)
- Search function
- Own Flash Media Player with xml Promotion option
(own design with new 16:9 feature + 4:3 possible with black borders - similar new youtube player)

- simple member register(user,email,password - website if available)
Member login area:
uploaded files (views,downloads,change,delete, embed code)
- Change Password, website ect.

- links under media player: Download,Share,Embed
(All to change ON/OFF in admin area)

- admin area with all options to change settings and manage users and media (video) files and Invideo Ads + statistic area.

- RSS function (ON/OFF in admin area)

Nice simply site design with logo.
