Hello.
I’m a freelance communications consultant and copywriter and I am looking for a virtual assistant to find new customers for me. Please read all the description before bidding.

You will make money by earning commissions on the projects that come through. My initial offer is 15% of everything I earn with jobs you find for me. This may go up if you can consistently find me high paying jobs. My offer is strictly commissions based: if I earn nothing, you get nothing.

Your job will be scouting freelance sites, like getafreelancer.com, guru.com, eufreelance.com, craiglist and every other site you and me can think of. You can also look for jobs by any other means you can think of. The more proactive you are, the more jobs I get, the more money you earn.

I expect you to:
• Find projects that I can work on (see my profile to see what services I provide), in English or Italian.
• Analyze the project, come up with a winning quote and write an offer – I must only log in into the freelance site with my account and paste the quote and offer you have written.

Very important:
• Any project and strategy you come up with must be approved by me beforehand, to be sure it can be fit in my schedule and that I have the necessary skills and competences.
• You are not required to bid on projects on my behalf. You will prepare the offer, then I’ll bid.

I will provide to the winning bidder details on the kind of projects I want and the minimum money I need to earn from them.

You must be available through email and IM (Google talk and Skype). Persons from western and central European time zones are preferred, but that’s not mandatory. I don’t need you to work or be available on fixed hours; I just need you to work hard and professionally.

Please provide references.

Very good English is a must. Italian is a plus, but not mandatory.
