Hello,

We are seeking a PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMMER for our Web Design department. The pay is COMMISSION-BASED.

Please do not waste my time if you are not ready for a long-term commitment and working with a team!

The INDIVIDUAL must have PROFESSIONAL experience in the following:

PHP
SQL
AJAX
CSS
XHTML
Actionscript
Ruby
Python
PERL
.htaccess
SEO
And More...

I may have missed a few requirements; however this should be the bare minimum of your expertise. We are seeking a well-rounded individual that can finish projects on a timely manner consistently. We already have a couple of web designers, but no coders. As the only coder, you will work on every single web design project that requires coding (if the customer requests coding) and you must have an organized system for getting the work done within a consistent time frame.

This individual will be working with 1-3 other professional designers we have on our web development team. As a result, the programmer MUST use AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) so that our designers can have constant communication with the coding aspect of a project. Once the projects start coming, the programmer may have to work on several projects at the same time. Since this is expected, the programmer must be able to handle more than 1 project at a time, or at least have a system setup so that an accurate ETA can be given for each project.

In other words, this person will become a member of our design team, but he/she will only work on the coding-aspect of the projects. For extra coding, we will setup an hourly fee, depending on the individual's expertise.

Programmer must have the following:

18+ years of age
Fluent in English
Professional understanding of Optimization
Personal Motivation and must enjoy Coding!
References for past work (not necessary, but people with references get more attention)
