Hi - we're a uk based ltd company that owns a large portfolio of quality domain names. ppc has been falling and it's time to start developing. We have very limited technical ability so would need help and assistance in getting started. We have built a few ebay websites using software but would like to now launch some very simple travel/hotel websites. We've been granted a laterooms.com affiliate partnership and want to launch some hotels/places.co.uk websites using the laterooms feeds.

For our first project we want to have built for us a very simple hotels/place.co.uk website perhaps with just 6 pages. On the home page we want to incorporate the laterooms google map of the area. i.e. cyprus and the facility laterooms have provided of allowing visitors to hover over the map to show available hotels. We could also show the weather in cyprus and provide a little bit of info about the island. Alongside the left hand side of home page we could perhaps have major town/tourist areas listed and again have laterooms feeds on those half a dozen pages.

We would want the ability to be able to manage content and edit websites after they have been built and of course ownership of design. We would be looking for a long term relationship if possible and at first would be looking for fairly cheap simple designs. Later if things go well then we could look at more complex expensive websites. We have to justify the cost against existing ppc income.

So to re-emphasise this first project is for a simple hotel website and around 6 pages incorporating the relevant laterooms affiliate feeds. I am not experienced in setting budgets but would think this type of website could be knocked up quite quickly by experienced web designers so have set budget at the $30 - $250 level. Please remember that this is first of hopefully many websites depending on success (i.e. income) of the project. We are dependable and looking for dependable trustworthy people to work with in the future.
