Description

Need a Payment Processor script that functions identical to Paypal (Paypal.com). It's a relatively simply script, but must be FLAWLESS and SELF SUFFICIENT with minimal maintenance required.

Although the SolarPay script claims this, it is full of bugs and not reliable. I have used the SolarPay script strictly as a rough draft (this will be available to you for reference when you are chosen).
Now I am ready for the real, custom & copyrightable script to be designed. I will do "right business" keeping ethics/morals as the top priority, which unfortunately, has taken a back seat to revenue in today's world.

This site will be handling financial transactions, therefore, function must be flawless and information/transactions must be secure. Backend & Accounting must be comprehensive. The website will need to be set up to transfer funds internally (via email from one user account to another) as well as externally (to and from bank accounts, credit cards, etc.) when deposits or withdrawals are made. The site should be easily usable for 'dummies' (front & backend for users and employees alike) and functional with all browsers. It should be designed ready to accomodate future additions/pages. Also needs to be easily customizable so I can change content (text/graphics/pics etc.) when necessary. Code should be clearly and properly written with flowcharting so that future makeovers/troubleshooting can easily be done by a the average guy like me or little help by a local techie. You will not be responsible for the actual content (text, logos, slogan, or legal statements), but the space will need to be present so the information can be added.

As stated before, the function and security of this site must be a 10 out of 10. This project is only available to those with experience in payment processing, preferrably Paypal unless you truely have a comprehensive understanding that a payment processor site like Paypal demands. Only respond if you legitimately qualified. There is potential for future work.

I'm looking for the one who can get the job done right, not necessarily the cheapest or fastest. Time to flex the genius muscles, let me know why that's you...Many blessings...
