Description

Micros is a software company that develops hospitality Point-of-sale and hotel management systems. They have published a specification that lets third party Point-of-sale applications communicate with the PMS system via a serial port.

I need a demonstration project in Delphi that implements the Micros 3700 POS interface to the Micros PMS system using a serial port. This is a standard interface that has not changed in the past ten years.

The project will show how to communicate with the Micros PMS to post room charges, void the room charges, and inquire regarding guests that are in a particular room.
