Description

I would like this application written. It is a windows app and a windows mobile app as well.

I tried to be clear and concise with specifications and requirements. I haven't decided if I want to sell it or just keep it for personal use. Anyway, I would like good, clean, commented code.

If the application is written well and service is good, I will tip up to an additional 100% bonus.

I will own the source code.
