Description

We like to develop a SIMPLE network management platform to monitor Access Points (Wireless devices) using SNMP. We also like to be able to pistion each device on a google map.

This project is ongoing, and it should support STARDARDS. The goal is to support all vendors. Single platform to display wi-fi devices deployed ta customer sites.

I need details on what exactly need to be done so that the bid would make sense. About myself, I am seasoned technical manager with excellent VoIP skills. I have architeted SIP protocol stack, API, security in SIP, & applications such as gatekeeper, signalling gateways, to name a few. Would appreciate an early reply. Thanks Venkatesh

I would supply an opensource solution using cacti and nagios to monitor the nodes. I can also place them on google maps in the correct locations. I can also provide this service for a low monthly fee on a hosted server.
