Dear Sir Yes, there is a doctor in the house - here I am! The project sounds both interesting and suitable to my background, so I decided to have bid a go. Please note, though, that I can only work on the project during evenings and weekends. This is because during weekdays I work as an industrial mathematician in a local engineering company.
