Description:	Hi, I need 100 One-Way Links to my website (URL can be given via PM) with 5 stes of 3 given keywords as Anchor Text. Keywords: North Kingstown Property; North Kingstown Homes; Real Estate Jamestown; East Greenwich Property; East Greenwich Homes This is for a Real Estate site. Descriptions will be provided of link will be provided. succesful programer will be asked to continue on to help website owner with acheiving front page google presence for these and other keywords. … These are the requirements: • I need a list of sites where we have a link in an Excel file. • Break up of links as follows for each keyword set: At least PR5: 5 At least PR4: 5 At least PR3: 10 • All Links must be from topically relevant (real estate or Local town )websites. • -Static & Permanent One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted. - No guestbook links or anything like that • Link must not reside on a page with more than 25 outbound links • Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days) • Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code. Title and description will be provided. • Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. • Links should not be on Flash sites or pages. • Links should not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or backlisted). • Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by robots.txt tag. • Links should not be from framed pages • Al links should be free and not paid and not in the footer as well. • All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block). • No software to be used for listings, manual submissions only. • Websites that already have a published link back to my website will not be counted • Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction). • Links must be in text, no graphics. • Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.. • Links must be in place for a minimum of two years free of charge, with the obligation on your part to replace any lost links within this period. • You must additionally agree in principle to maintain these links permantely after the two year period for a rate we will agree later. Payment : Payment will be made once that all links are verified and after that the links are memorized in cache. No payment in Advance. 50% payment after verification of listings and documentation provided. 50% remaining payment to be made after Google has indexed the pages containing the links. I reserve the right to refuse any link made and either reduce the payment pro rata per link or request a replacement. You must send a list of pages for approval before you submit.
