Hello,

I have been running a blog since May 2009 and now is the time that I feel, I really need to extend the functionality of my site. Its a small site that has about 103 posts at the moment. I need someone who can migrate my site from Wordpress (2.8) to Joomla! (Latest Version). I will install Joomla! myself and can give admin access to the person who gets the job.

The following points are an important concern for me:
- Since its been a while I have been running my website, I have actually generated good search links and page rank. I don't want to compromise on my page rank as I also want something done about the redirection of the links with 404 or any other errors.
- I also want the user comments on the blog posts and user accounts to be migrated from Wordpress to Joomla!
- Since my site is live... also suggest what would be a better way to migrate. By taking the site taking offline completely until the migration is done or by using a parallel cut back method?

12345. I am managing two sites at the moment and one of them is in joomla and one in wordpress. I have experience with older version of both CMS, and i think i can do the requested job. 109 article can be transfered within 2-3 days, but i gave myself few days extra just in case. I dont plan to put your site ofline, max for like 5 min. I will install joomla to a temp direcroty until i migrate all articles and then simply move it to the site root and puting the old site to a temp dir. The redirection can be made from a .httaccess file using your current sitemap.xml or even from cpanel if your host has it. 12345 once again :) Nice site by the way.
