Description

We are looking to forge a long-term relationship with a developer as the apps will be used as a templet for many locations around the US and possibly other countries in different languages. (Spanish to be the first) This will require the same applications with different databases (same Fields), different graphics (for area) and possibly some minor software changes. **Not included in initial Bid, but will need to know costs for each area** Also, the cost for additional versions adding new features.

Need the same application written for the following platforms based on a parent Website:
1. iPhone (3.0 SDK)
2. Blackberry (CDK)
4. Android
5. Symbian (3rd edition / Symbian UIQ)
6. Windows Mobile
7. Mobile Website
8. Palm Pre

The project will be done in 3 phases:
Phase 1: Website, iPhone and Blackberry
Phase 2: Android, Symbian
Phase 3: Windows Mobile, Mobile Website, Palm Pre


Our non-compete, non-disclosure agreement will be required prior to us disclosing the full details of the project.

All source code and source image files, properly organized and documented, for each phase will be turned over and the property of the Project Poster before the final payment will be made.

This project will be centered around a eCommerce, SQL, Customer Log In Accounts Website that will mirror all the phone apps in content, look and feel.

Applications must be developed to meet all of Apple's requirements to be entered into the App Store as well as other platforms.

Project will require a "Flow Chart" to be developed and designed and approved prior to development of the applications.

Applicants MUST be an expert in SQL Server, SQL queries, stored procedures, reports, database design and performance tuning.

Applications will include but not limited to all iPhone features including:
sending SMS,e-mail and Twitter messages
statistical graphing of collected data
simple user interface

We are looking for Professional and Experienced Website and Mobile App Developers for this project that will deliver to projected deadlines and a quality, professional product.

Must be able to communicate in clear english via:
1. iChat (Text and Video)
2. email
3 SMS
4. Skype
