Hello, We operate an electronics design house based in the Philippines. We can complete your project using a combined GPRS/GSM/GPS module and a small micro controller that will handle the communications. You talked about an RF locator, maybe an easier way is to include a small speker in the unit, so if you need to find it then just call the GSM module with your phone and it will beep or whatever. we are currently quoting another customer on a tracking device so we have up to date prices etc to produce these. We can also offer you a manufactoring service once the initial prototypes have been developed and tested.
