Description

Programmers need to be verused in Asterisk, XML, MySQL, html, etc.

I am in need of a Web based autodialing application. XML or FLASH gui?
You can reference callfire.com I need the same setup

Dialing will occur in asterisk and be VOIP. This will need to support a high volume of dailing and support multiple users. I'll need the ability to put more servers online as volume increases.

Features needed

*Automated billing (customer buys mintues through app. using paypal

*Automated Account Setup, users should have the ability to have sub accounts under main account. (I need the ability to assign different pay scales for main accounts. Main accounts can set pay scale for sub accounts.

*Press 1 feature for live transfer. Press 9 feature for DNC, Press 9 automatically removed from data list.

*Real time reporting of calls made, press 1's and press 9's

*Automated phone list import (MySQL?)
.txt files or excel formats

*Users have ability to set Caller ID and Live Transfer numbers

*Application will need Answering machine detection, Asterisk amd?
(users will have the ability to choose between live transfer or answering machine message drop or an option for both.)

*Voice recording upload
1. Call an 800 number and record over phone.
2. Import recording in .wav format through application.
(possible recorder built into app?)

*Schedule start and stop times. Should be able to schedule campaigns for days, weeks or months in advance.

*Ability to stop or pause campaigns.

*I should have the ability to set the number of channels each main account can dial on.

I will need full support and implementation of application. I am not a programmer so I need a working application upon completion. I would also like support for 20 days to work out bugs, if any should arise.
