It is easier to manage Quickbook from ACT over Quickbook SDK by using custom ACT! Plugin written we will write. We have some possibilities in writing custom ACT! plugin. And it will be flexible enough if we manage the Quickbook over SDK Library. So, there will be any flexibility if we will create ACT! plugin/addon and purposed for exchanging data between ACT! Database and Quickbook. Let me know the detail of your project so I can estimate the correct time-frame in development.
