Description

Those default windows scroll bars are so ugly!

So I need a programmer/designer that understands how to create CSS scroll bars with graphics. I can provide the graphics just need someone to implement it to an existing website. CSS, Javascript.

Winner will be awarded ongoing projects if you do a good job and your price is low.
