Hi, I need a fast programmer that do a jackpot system game, with all the necessary features that I will talk about below, the jackpot system should be almost equal to the neobux.com jackpot system, with numbers from 1 to 100.


Features:
> Admin
Set the price for each ticket.
Limit of the tickets to buy
Set the quantity of prizes and how much is the prize ($)

> FrontOffice
A table with numbers.
The current jackpot balance ( get it from mysql database)
A Button to "Pay to Jackpot Balance" by AlertPay and Paypal ( IPN - Instant Payment Notification )

> Internal Process
Generate aleatory x numbers ( x - definied by admin ) from [o to i] , definied by admin too, eg 1-100.

Check who bought the tickets winners and the correspond prize to main balance.

> IPN
This has to be implanted in AlertPay or PayPal system.
In order to receive, after the payment, the credit in jackpot balance.
