Description

Background: I am collecting company information from various divisions within the company I am contracted at. I have been collecting both text and numbers.

Vision: The information is in layers. First level is specific site information, the second is country level, the third is regional level, finally top level division information.
I need to be able to have users at the site level enter information that I require and if they don't complete it they will not be able to send it. The country level user can see the information from the various sites and add other details for the country or site. The regional user should be able to see the information from the various site and countries and add other details for the sites, countries, or region. I need the data to sit there and be filterable. I may want to know certain production numbers in 5 countries in 3 different regions.

Method: If this is done in excel it will require a lot of different sheets in the workbook. I think this would be best through Access or SQL.

Deadline: I need final product by August 8.
