Description

We need a GPS tracking system for vehicles (cars, motos,bikes)

Hardware:
GPS tracker to be installed on vehicles

System
Data pushing of dates from tracker to server.
- how many kilometers each vehicles have done in a week
- path vehicles have done

More specs.
Different user can use each vehicle, so the tracker must support some system to allow users to log in. This mean that when tracker push datas to server datas will be divided for each user. (e.g user 00234 : km 123 - user 00235: km 27 etc).
You can use the system you want for this: pin code, gsm card to be plugged in, card with chip or whatever as soon as is cost effective.

Tracker battery have to be recharged trough a bike dynamo or solar panel etc.
Tracker activity must be optimized in order to have battery charged everytime the vehicle start moving. This is very important for bikes. As soon as this is not for security or control purpose to have battery lifetime optimization is possible to allow users to turn on/off the tracker. At the end the only limitation is that the tracker have to be installed permanently on veichles and for bikes you have to solve the problem on how keep it charged.

Have to be provided:
Costs to develop the whole project
Costs for hardware supply (commercial cost for all parts included in one device), at the end we would like to deal directly with manufacturer, hardware should be an integration of parts available on market from different supplier for each part. Consulting about manufacturer choice is part of the project and have to provided. (eg.: list of suppliers and prices for each hardware part involved)
