I can do, in Mandarin/Cantonese kindly be reminded that Cantonese(esp Hong Kong) is a dialect and similar in written Mandarin(Chinese simplified) except some pronunciation. So I would suggest I do both with only "minor" pronunciation editing for cantonese version.
