Description

Want a bare html page with the following application:

User selects an option form and select their calendar's time range as monthly or yearly.

Then a option pops up if monthly was selected asking what month.

From here the program will generate a printable RTF and automatically start the download.

If they selected the month, print the month only in the RTF. If they selected yearly print a yearly calendar in the RTF file.
