Description

This site needs to be created in Dreamweaver, using dwt and CSS in html. All pages need to be linked to single dwt template. It will need to view perfectly in both IE 6+ and Firefox 2+ and be editable in Dreamweaver.

Please do not bid if you do not have experience in creating sites in Dreamweaver

We need a great design which will need to be sliced and all pages created in html/php using a single dwt template and css. Further information will be given to the winning candidate.

Notes:
- The navigation bar and header / footer images should be placed in the template and not be editable in the individual pages
- All pages will need to be created in html and the current page will need to be highlighted on each page
- Layered, sliced artwork will need to be provided upon completion of the project in a .png file
-Flash to be used in the header section
