Description

I need to develope a new website for banner excange .

I need to have 2 panel, 1 for administrator 1 for webmaster .

1) admin panel
- need to set the rate ( for ex. 5:10 )
- need to have statistic on impression and click
- need to choose on which kind of website I can show the banner

2) webmaster panel :

- webmaster can charge 1 or 2 or 3 banner
- can chose on which kind of website he can show his banner ( for ex. adult / electronic / news ... )
