Description: Hi,

I currently have a web site (the design isn't that great, but for now I want to focus on some coding for the site).

I need the following to be added to it:

I want an area in which members can access Construction Project Leads.

I want the contractor to be able to upload or create his project Bid (detailed) into the system to be emailed (and retained in the system )to the customer requesting the bid.

I want it very similar to this site, only designed for Residential Construction Remodeling Projects.

I would also like the customer to have to login in order to request a quote, a users area where they can see all there projects out for quotes and contractors they have chosen.
