Description

I have a directory website where I currently manually add listings and I need a fully automated system.

This must include the following

Dynamic categories:

To create an infinate number of categories and parent categories.

Suppler registration:
this would be a simple to use system that would allow the supplier to register to become a member of
the supplier's directory. They would also be able to register to access their statistics at any time and view how many
visitors they had from their entry, amend their ad etc.

Customer input forms:
once a supplier had registered they would be presented with an input form to enter the details of their
listing. The form would be based on which every grade they choose and would be designed in such a
way as to guide the supplier through creating their listing quickly and simply.

Ads need to be editable with stats shown.

once the supplier had constructed their listing they would be offered the categories they wished their
listing to appear in, they would have the opportunity to select one or more categories. Based on their
selection the system would automatically calculate the total cost i.e. surcharge per additional category.
Auto Reminder:
this would be an auto reminder system that would automatically send an email to your suppliers a
month prior to their listing expiring. The system would then continue to send weekly reminders until 1
month after the expiry date. There would be options to upload graphics / banners and a the ads would be randomly displayed
in random order.

Payment gateway integration with paypal

Dynamic events area:
this would give you full contol over the listings in d dngs area this would be controlled
from within administration area and would give the ability to add, edit and delete any of the
items in that area. Users would be able to sign up and submit an event.

Interested in your project; for a similar work I just completed, see www.fundraisingdirectory.co.nz. Suppliers can create 1-page listings with a WYSIWYG editor, and view/manage statistics; administrators can add/edit categories, add/edit supplier listings as necessary, and manage statistics as well.
