Description

Hi, I need a website that will keep track of payment subscriptions and process them-Credit Cards. I have no idea how to do this. I'd rather not use a third party like paypal. The admin panel will have access to some data based upon these subscriptions. I do have merchant processing (www.eprocessingnetwork.com). Let me know what is required for something like this.
