Description
Hello, over at http:www.drherbherb.co.uk we are looking for a new logo.We are willing to really let the artists go crazy on this one, we are looking for unique drawings (more than likely playing around the Doctor theme), drawings that will really stand out from the crowd.
Please bare in mind this design will be going onto mugs, t-shirts, mouse matts etc, so something fairly 'centred' (i.e. a character with a ring'd border around it will easily fit onto products, someone pointing to the top right however will need some more work).
A few things worth remembering;
1. We are looking for more artists rather than designers here, but please feel free to apply either way.
2. No one will be chosen without first seeing RELEVANT work (i'm sure you have made some brilliant wordpress themes in your time, but that doesn't really help us here :) )
3. If you can mock us up some rough designs that would be great, it doesn't have to be fantastic, just show us which direction you'd take the project.
4. Please make sure you are ok with the content of the site BEFORE applying :)
5. Finally I'll stress the point again, we are really looking for a Cartoon-ish Doctor character to be the centre point of the logo, something which will require a healthy amount of drawing ability :)
It should also be noted that if the chosen artists work is up to scratch there will be plenty more projects in the future.

***UPDATE***
After a bit of searching round the internet i've put together a VERY rough idea of the style / layout i'm looking for, maybe with his thumb up rather than the stephiscope.
The colours are subject to change (although green is really the site colour), and we'd of course need our website put on there somewhere, but you get the rough idea :)
