Description: My ups and fedex shipping modules were working and now they are reporting an error.

UPS: Rating and Service 1.0001 0 An unknown error occured while attempting to contact the UPS gateway.

Fedex: No data returned from Fedex, perhaps the Fedex site is down.

I would like the moduels fixed. I would also like (local pickup moduel added to the shipping)
