Description: 1. we have an asterisk telephone system
2. We need ivr built that will do the following:
a. Prompt customer for account number
b. promt customer for zip code
c. verify customer account and play verifaction message (xml db lookup)
d. do xml lookup our database for last order status, type, duedate,and telephonenumber.
e. play back prerecored messages as well as infomation from xlm lookup.
d. some if then or case statement need to be writen on data for playback, example: if status = 'complete' then playback duedate and telephone number. If status= 'pending' then playback "pending message"... you get the picture.

This project is part of the way done. my last programer moved away, so it shouldnt be hard for someone who is farmilar with it.
