Description

I'm looking for someone with experience on xml, php, that can parse an xml file into a sql db; must be fast and store information also in csv file.

I just need someone that can help me parse this attachment file.
This will not be the only job available, i will be using your services often.
Feel free to contact me for more info.
My budget for this small and fast work is between 50 - $100.
