Description

I have a system, where an XML parser records the votes of my radio listeners in a flat file. It works great. I would like to do a small upgrade. Right now it records the average and the song.

I would like it to make a new folder every month (like July09) and record the song, the average and ad the NUMBER of votes. Should be a simple project. The person should have knowledge of XML and be good a parsing API information.
