Description

I already submitted this to another coder (Pedri), looked like the coding was done, and I paid in full, and he took off without delivering the code. I need it done pretty quickly, and will pay extra for rush service.

I have files in XML format that I need to have converted to rtf file format according to certain rules. I need this done for about 70 XML files -- the conversion is the same for all files. You can either do this work and provide the outputs or provide a script to do it.

You can also use programs, such as FrameMaker, if that is your expertise.

The output must be in RTF format. It must begin with

<Book>Book Name</Book>

Each chapter must begin with <Chapter>Chapter X</Chapter>

All verse numbers must appear in superscript.
All text must appear in the same font, with styles applied (i.e. italics and bold) when specified in the XML. There is also red-letter text which must appear in red in the output rtf file.

Also, one verse per line -- identical margin formatting.
Each XML file converted to a new RTF file.
Paragraph headers should appear in italics

I am sure that you will have questions, but the XML files are consistently formatted. A sample is attached.
